Shipping Policy

    • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise noted.
  2. Standard Shipping Fee

    • Standard shipping is ₹100 for orders below the free-shipping threshold.
    • Note: The actual shipping charge may vary depending on the courier service used; ₹100 is our typical base fee. Any variations will be communicated at checkout.
  3. Free Shipping

    • Free shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of ₹1,000 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
  4. Delivery Time

    • Estimated delivery times depend on destination and courier:
      • Within-city/metro areas: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
      • Non-metro/remote areas: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.
    • These are estimates; actual transit times may vary based on courier, weather, and other factors.
  5. Tracking

    • Tracking information will be provided by email/SMS once your order ships. Use the tracking link/number to monitor delivery status.
  6. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

    • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or the recipient's unavailability.
    • If delivery fails and the order is returned to us, re-shipment fees may apply.
  7. International Shipping

    • As of now we dont do international Shipping
  8. Damaged-in-Transit

    • If an item arrives damaged, follow the Return and Refund Policy procedure (report within 3 days with photo/video proof). We will arrange return shipping and resolution for validated claims.
